He’s Adorable
Seriously Violet, you have to start addressing your problems, not just masking it by making Tyler flustered.
Although he really is adorable when he’s flustered.

HEEEEE… IT’S SETTLED!
They are officially dating! hahahah
lol they haven’t even kissed yet, nor have they gone on a date yet.
but they’re so very close to it, so you’re happiness is not unjustified. :3
This is a reply to the current conversation started by Gio. (@Gio: if that works) However I was going to mention this anyways, so it’s a bonus for me.
It’s funny what people consider ” ‘officially’ dating” I find that with different people, comes different set of rules. For instance, I met a man who was dating a girl for three months, to her standards, however, although eager to be her man, he didn’t think they were official yet since their dates, although many, did not consist of three separate occasions (three dates) where he purchased a meal for her as well as himself during the course of the outings. To play the devil’s advocate, I reminded him that they were on their fourth outing where they ate together. He dismissed my claim stating that one of the occasions, she didn’t order more than a snack’s amount of food, and another time, well, going dutch doesn’t count.
Another individual’s concept of dating was geared more to the fact of his childhood insecurities brought on by his family. No matter what he did, it wasn’t official until he asked her to be official with him… Which caused an awkward moment as he finally got the nerve to ask her 6 months into the (as she put it) official relationship.
And a more extreme view came from a woman who told me that everything is fun and games until I spend the morning with the man, then it’s a relationship.
So it is interesting to see people’s different outtakes on relationships. Gio’s view that something in this comic makes them official (maybe holding hands?), Sam’s view that kissing someone makes it official… As for me, well, I am a little old fashion in some ways and believe that you can’t really be official if you cannot verbalize your feelings to at least say “I really like you.” But I digress as my views are also coloured by experience.
What I am truly curious to know is Tylers views on this matter. I realize that asking him would most likely fluster him, however, I find that a person who spends so much time and effort working up the courage simply to ask someone out often have the most interesting opinion on this topic.
I have a simple definition for “officially dating”: If both parties see it that way, then they are.
Correction:
If both parties agree that they are dating then it’s official.
If both parties see it that way but never acknowledge it with each other then it’s unofficial.
