I really try hard to correct my sleep schedule.
It’s hard because I just can’t seem to fall asleep until 2am or later.
It sucks because I’m tired all the time and can’t focus until about 1pm the next day.

I’ve more or less regulated my falling-asleep time through the use of melatonin, but then I wake up after 4-5 hours and CANNOT get back to sleep.
I know the feeling. Any work night I sleep more than 3 to 4 hours I consider a lucky blessing. Sometimes one’s body won’t readjust no matter what you try.
